Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
Overview of Program
The magic of Bali has long captured the hearts and souls of many who ventured into her warm arms. Anyone who has visited Bali knows that this little island holds something special far beyond the smiling locals, the beautiful culture, and the tropically lush nature. Maybe it is the ceremonial rituals and devotion to the interconnectedness of spirit and matter that is at the heart of Balinese culture and life. Maybe it is the divine feminine nature of this land that rules here and supports people to soften, to release, to listen deeply within and to self-heal. One thing is certain, though: the transformation, healing, and awakening that we witness and are so blessed to share in with each teacher training is indeed magical. You can see it start to happen within the first days of the training: The nervous systems relaxing, the armor softening, the individual and the collective exhales…
As we hold space and prayer for the 4th KRI Bali Immersion to be held this November, we look so forward to coming together after this incredible time we have all been breathing through. These times are calling upon us more and more with each day to step into our inner teacher: to cultivate connection and trust with the Guru within; to uncover the well of love, strength and compassion which is our source, and to share in that well with supportive tools and wisdom that we unearth through self-discovery and self-practice. Our souls are so ripe for this journey! The Island of the Gods awaits you!
KRI is excited to offer a full 28 – day residential immersion in 2021. We are planning a 28-day residential training on the beautiful island of Bali at the Desa Seni Eco-Village Resort, set among the indigenous beauty of the culture and the people. We are watching the pulse of the world as everything slowly reopens and we continue adjusting to the new norm. We are hopeful and setting intentions to train live together at the end of 2021. The training is November 7 through December 4, 2021. We will be sharing this training to allow us to practice and maintain safety protocols. We are offering 100% refunds for any COVID related cancellations.
The retreat will be held in Bali from November 7 through December 4, 2021.

You will have Wednesday afternoons and Sunday mornings off. This will give you an opportunity to explore the area a bit, check out the wonderful vegetarian and vegan cafes around, do laundry, pamper yourself at the spa, or just relax by the pool! We do not recommend going on far sightseeing excursions on these times off as the program schedule is rigorous and full, with the focus on the inner journey. Bicycle rental and local transport are very affordable and easy to arrange from the resort, as are go-jeks (motorbike taxis!)
