HARI AMRIT KAUR
TRAINER
Hari Amrit is a Kundalini Yoga Lead Trainer in Level 1, Level 2, and the 21 Stages of Meditation, known for her clarity, depth, and uplifting presence. She is also a psychologist specialized in trauma healing and an expert in bringing mindfulness into healthcare settings, where her work supports both healing and resilience.
A devoted meditator, she is passionate about exploring how meditation shapes the mind and the brain, and she brings this scientific curiosity into her teaching in a grounded and accessible way.
Hari Amrit is the director of Avagar, a respected and influential yoga school in Madrid, where she guides students, teachers, and community members into a deeper experience of consciousness, healing, and inner strength.
AMRIT KAUR
TRAINER
Amrit Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1987, bringing nearly four decades of wisdom, experience, and heartfelt dedication to her students. As a KRI Lead Trainer for Level 1 and Level 2, she has guided hundreds of teachers on their path, and she continues to train new generations in Prenatal and Postnatal Kundalini Yoga.
Her work expands beyond the classroom—she has supported teenagers through impactful violence-prevention programs, offering tools of awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience. With an academic background in literature, linguistics, and philosophy, and training in psychodynamic-interactional pedagogy, she weaves depth, clarity, and human understanding into every space she leads.
JIWAN SHAKTI KAUR KHALSA
TRAINER
Jiwan Shakti is a renowned mentor, teacher, and trainer for Level 1, Level 2, and the 21 Stages of Meditation. Because life is ultimately a human experience, her lifelong studies have focused on the human body — explored through yogic wisdom as well as modern scientific perspectives.
Her approach blends neuroscience with a natural gift for communication, making her teachings both insightful and deeply accessible. This unique combination has led her to share her work across Europe, North Africa, and Argentina.
She is the founder and CEO of KundaliniYoga.Academy®, the president of Kundalini Yoga Europa APS — a non-profit dedicated to connection and collaboration among teachers and trainers throughout Europe — and she serves as a member of the EPS Global Ethics Commission (GEC).
With her clarity, scientific understanding, and heartfelt presence, Jiwan Shakti continues to inspire students and teachers around the world.
