Overview of Program

Deepen your practice of meditation, clarify the relationship between you and your mind, and explore the basic nature and dynamics of the mind. Our relationship to our own mind is pivotal in effectively realizing our true nature and fulfilling our potential.

Our greatest power is the ability to act with a Neutral Mind, to use intuition along with applied intelligence and to be able to lean on the Infinite through the sacred science known as prayer.

Key Topics

  • Enhance the depth of your understanding of meditation and experience deep meditations on the nine aspects of the mind.
  • Focus on your relationship to your own mind.
  • Increase your ability to observe neutrally, to become still, to clear your mind of distractions and intrigues, to recognize when you establish a state of shuniya, and to recognize the different functional parts of your mind.
  • Experience and practice the use of intuition as a primary skill of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
  • Learn the structure of the mind and examine the impersonal minds, the qualities of the mind, and the nine aspects of the mind.
  • Understand how to use the 27 projections of the mind.

Course Goals

  • Be able to use the functional minds with fluency.
  • Understand the influence of the impersonal minds.
  • Cultivate shuniya and apply intuition and intelligence with ease and flexibility.
  • Understand Nanak’s pauri, Man Jeetai Jag Jeet – Conquer your mind and conquer the world.
  • Come into a relationship with your mind and the Self which transcends time and space and relates to the oneness of your identity with Infinity.
  • Become one with the One.

Course Affirmation

I commit to refine my meditative capacity. I invite my mind into my conscious presence, investigate its nature, and learn to master it so that it serves my consciousness and my soul. I integrate and apply the functional minds to my daily habits and behaviors so that I develop a clear, intuitive, and effective mind. To conquer my mind is to cultivate a relationship to its actions and an awareness of its functional parts. I form a relationship to my own awareness, self, mind and Infinite being. My life blossoms with unlimited blessings.

Sierra.Siri Prakash

Trainer | Bali

My journey with Kundalini Yoga & Meditation began in the 90’s in Los Angeles, California.  It  has been a valuable tool cultivating  steadiness in my own sense of belonging where  life and soul sits with purpose and values.  With this deep sense of absolute Self, my heart space maintains a frequency of happiness that helps me to smile and discover joy everyday.

A diverse collection of experience,  degrees and certificates create a richness in how I share, support and hold space.  I have accomplished a Bachelors of Science  in  Special Education, Deaf Studies; Masters of Science in  Holistic Nutrition & Education;  200 hour Certificate Psycho-Structural Balancing; Reiki 1 & 2.  If there was a diploma for parenting, I would be a proud PhD graduate from the school of raising teens.

I am grateful to have  served on the following Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher training teams in the USA, Philippines, Bali & Southeast Asia. This past year I have enjoyed working with the KRI Global team for 21 Stages of Meditation, Level 2 Lifecycles & Lifestyles, and Level 2 Conscious Communication.  My most recent joy is the production of  the Southeast Asia & Australia Level 1 program, a collaboration and co-creation of 5 regional countries.  The love of learning inspires me to learn more in this  Aquarian age.

In conjunction with your Level One KRI Certification, this 300-hour/2-year certification program qualifies you for the Yoga Alliance 500-hr E-RTY certificate. It consists of five different, independent and unique 62-hour modules. Once you complete all five modules you can request your Level Two certificate from KRI here.

If you do not yet have a Level 1 KRI certificate you can still take the course. You can apply one Level Two module before you complete the Level 1 course and still have it count towards your Level Two certificate. If you take more than one Level Two module before completing your Level 1 program, you will not receive a letter of completion, and hence they will not “count” towards your eventual Level Two certification.
