From June 30 to July 9, 2024, you will have the chance to be in dreamy Puerto Morelos, Mexico, involved in the co-creation of a learning pathway to experience the vastness of the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation wisdom with a group of Teachers in Training.

Daily Schedule:

This is an approximate schedule of a typical training day. On Sunday and Wednesday we will have half days for you to enjoy some free time in the beautiful resort and surroundings.

1. 5:00 am – Sadhana

 

1. 7:30 am – Breakfast

 

1. 8:30 am – Small group check-in

 

1. 9:00 am – Course meditation

 

1. 9:15 am – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)

 

1. 10:45 am – Break

 

1. 11:00 am – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)

 

1. 12:45 pm – Lunch

 

1. 2:00 pm – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)
