Healing takes many different forms. There is healing on the physical level, which is probably the type of healing most of us think of first. One can also heal on emotional and mental levels – like healing from a traumatic event, or reducing the symptoms of a mental illness. And one can also heal at the deepest level – the level of our soul. Healing at the soul level can be as simple as feeling fulfilled and at peace, no matter what the external circumstances are.
Amazingly, Kundalini Yoga and meditation can support the healing process on all of these levels! KRI has compiled a selection of a few tips for healthy living in this free download for you.
