Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Bend the right elbow. Raise the right hand to face level, palm faces forward, fingers straight. Bend the left elbow, keep it against the rib cage. Extend the left forearm forward, hand at the level of the heart, palm faces up, hand relaxed. Left hand is the beggar, right hand gives a blessing.
Close the eyes and go to sleep.
Use self-hypnosis to get into a nap state. Do nothing, no thought, invoke self-sleep. Listen to Guru Ram Das Lullaby by Snatam Kaur, softly.
Continue for 11minutes.
Inhale deep, hold your breath for 20 seconds and move all the muscles impulsively, shake hard. Exhale powerfully.
Repeat two more times. Relax.
Maintain your posture and sleep. Allow the mind to become pure and crystal clear and stress be relieved.
Time: 7 minutes
Remain in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Wrap the left hand around back of the neck, elbow points forward, gently let the head fall forward.
Place the right hand on the Navel Point. Close the eyes. Relax the body, go into self-hypnosis.
Continue relaxing any tightness in the neck. Come into shuniya.
Listen to Meditation by Wahe Guru Kaur.
Continue for 7 minutes.
Inhale deeply, hold the breath for 20seconds and press the hand at the Navel Point with maximum pressure, pull the neck with the hand with maximum pressure. Bring the entire body to a balance. Balance it with the maximum pressure the hands can exercise. Exhale.
Repeat two more times.
Relax and shake out your hands.
From shuniya comes intuition which comes from your authentic being.
Happiness comes from this purity of Self.
You speak, act and live from your essence, and happiness is assured.
