Group Sadhana is available every morning in the Gurdwara. You are invited and encouraged to attend morning Sadhana.
There will also be a time for Karma Yoga groups to meet and take care of their responsibilities. Karma Yoga groups include classroom clean up, bathroom clean up, meal serving, outside clean up, and dishwashing station set-up and breakdown.

3:40 AM – 4:00 AM Japji (Prayer)
4:00 AM – 4:45 AM Kundalini Yoga
4:45 AM – 6:00 AM Aquarian Sadhana Mantra Meditation with Live Music
6:00 AM – 7:00 AM Gurdwara Service
One of the traditions of practicing Sikh Dharma is the Gurdwara service. Gurdwara is a spiritual practice that uses devotional songs and uplifting music called Gurbani Kirtan to connect the individual soul with the Infinite. A short Gurdwara service is held each morning at the end of sadhana. A longer service is held on Sunday mornings beginning at 10 a.m.
