KRI will provide meals from Dinner Sunday October 13, – Breakfast Sunday October 20.
We offer a delicious and nutritious lacto-vegetarian menu, which often includes vegan choices, gluten-free options and organic produce. Meals will be served near the classroom.
You may want to bring your own dishes (bowl, plate, fork, knife, spoon). However, we will have metal plates and utensils for you to use. Definitely bring your own mug or thermos for hot beverages and a water bottle. Do not bring disposable plates and cups. We take turns serving each other and we all wash our own dishes. There will be a group of students that have the Karma yoga of setting up and breaking down the dishwashing station for each meal.
