把大拇指带到水星丘,在水星(小指)的底部。 双手在胸部的位置相遇。 前臂形成一条与地面平行的直线。 将两只手的手指从指尖压到第一指节。 拇指指节也压在一起。 用力按压。 指关节会痛,但会给你一种快乐和满足。
呼吸。
吸入八次,用嘴完全呼出。 用嘴呼气时,轻轻地抿住嘴唇,几乎像吹口哨一样。
