Join us for a pre-recorded, but much needed dance party in the E-Learning Center! Bring your desire to move in your body, no expertise necessary!
Teachers and trainers will appreciate learning some new Bhangra moves and you’ll leave with a short dance sequence you can teach at your next workshop. Led by beloved teacher Adarsh Kaur from LA, she shares her joy and best moves with you! For year round inspiration, come together as a community to dance, breathe and support each other, but do this in the privacy of your own home, at your own pace.

- This is a pre-recorded process, and through moving with the instructor you will learn a quick dance sequence that you can do anytime, anywhere just for fun or lead others when you hold your next workshop.

Adarsh Kaur
Adarsh Kaur is a Visionary Leader and Mentor Supporting Soulful Teachers in Joyful Living and Transformational Impact. Adarsh shares Celestial Communication, Kundalini Yoga and Bhangra through group programs, yoga classes and workshops both in her hometown Los Angeles and internationally.
She is a Kundalini Research Institute Teacher Trainer, and mentors students worldwide. These teachings and experiences have transformed Adarsh Kaur’s life and have supported her through healing, emotional growth, success, confidence, relationships, and the creation of a courageous, beautiful life.
