Dharam Dev Kaur Khalsa

KRI Board Member

Dharam Dev Kaur took her first Kundalini Yoga class in 1971 in Los Angeles, California. She is a Lead Trainer in the ATA for Level 1 and 2 and has completed Level 3. She was partner at a Kundalini Yoga studio in Santa Monica, California until 2022 where she taught and administered many Level 1 & 2 courses with her husband. She has also taught at Teacher Trainings in Hollywood, WLA, San Diego, Utah and Mexico.

She was a 3ho Board member from 2015-2021 and is a current board member of Sikh Dharma of Southern California.

Dharam Dev Kaur has a BFA in Dance and MA in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist In California and has an LPCC license in New Mexico.


 

 

Jaap Kaur Khalsa (Kitty Pope)

Life Mission — Respect and Appreciate all as support maximizing global access to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to benefit humanity and usher in Aquarian Age for maximum duration (15k yrs).  Methodology — training students, teachers, and mentoring trainers; serving on KRI board.   

Kundalini Yoga 2001-Present.  2002 Masters Touch Level 1 Instructor, 2009 Level 2 Practitioner, 2018 Level 3 Teacher.  Aquarian Trainer Academy 2007-Present, Lead Trainer –2014 Level 1, 2017 Level 2 & 21 Stages, 2018/19 Mentoring Lead.    

Dharma 2002 – Present, Amrit 2005.   

3HO of Arizona Nonprofit — 2004-2018, 5 yrs Board  Secretary, 5 yrs Exec Director & WTY organizer, 5 yrs Lead Trainer.    

Current offerings — public & private Kundalini Yoga classes, workshops, gong events, retreats & hybrid teacher trainings Levels 1 & 2, 21 Stages.   

Retired Aerospace Engineer, Manager, Black Belt 6 Sigma, Lean Expert.   

Certified Flight Instructor Single & Multi Engine, Commercial Instrument Pilot.    

MBA Management Strategic Planning.    

Engaged with numerous board & nonprofits in officer roles since 1970.


 


Nam Kaur Khalsa

KRI Board Member

Nam Kaur served as the founding Executive Director of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) in 1994, and as CEO of the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) for 11 years. With Yogi Bhajan’s guidance she developed the international standard for Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and produced KRI’s Level 1 Aquarian Teacher Training Textbook and Yoga Manual.

Nam Kaur has been a student of Kundalini Yoga since 1973 and is a KRI Certified Professional Teacher Trainer. She taught in the Master’s Touch Kundalini Yoga Immersions with Yogi Bhajan and enjoys teaching at Yoga Festivals and Teacher Training programs worldwide.

Nam Kaur is the author of Divine Relationships: Two Bodies, One Soul. She self-published Dr. Siri Atma Singh’s books, Waves of Healing, and Kundalini Yoga for Intuition & Destiny.


 


Harimandir Kaur Khalsa

Harimandir Kaur’s journey into Kundalini yoga began in the vibrant 3ho community, where she discovered its transformative power from a young age. Graduating from Miri Piri Academy with her Level 1 teacher training, she began teaching donation-based Kundalini Yoga classes straight out of high school, sharing its benefits with others.

Today, as a licensed Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Herbology in the Natural Wellness Industry, she integrates Kundalini Yoga teachings into her daily life and work. Harimandir Kaur is passionate about building community through shared values and respect, and she continues to support the growth of the global Kundalini Yoga community with dedication and enthusiasm.


 

Satsimran Kaur

Emeritus Board Member

Satsimran Kaur was on Yogi Bhajan’s personal staff since 1971 and was his appointment and travel secretary until 1987, when he entrusted her to work with him to create the White Tantric Yoga videos. Over the years she worked in many capacities within 3HO Foundation and Sikh Dharma which she still serves. She is CEO and General Manager of WTY worldwide and has held the vision for the Library of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan and supervises its development within KRI. She is a member of the Board of Directors of KRI and Humanology and Health Science.

Satsimran is a graduate of Coach University. Her 35 years-plus experience with Yogi Bhajan, and in human development and transformation as a Life Coach and group facilitator, as well as a Minister of Sikh Dharma, gives her the knowledge that anything is possible if we are mindful about achieving it and we have fun doing it!

Satsimran bases in Los Angeles, and spends a lot of time visiting and sharing with individuals and communities whose principles are founded on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
