During the Online portion of the program, you get to absorb the teachings while in the comfort of your own space… then, you get to immerse yourself in a nourishing and luxurious experience of 10 days in the retreat center “The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort“.
Room options
Unwind by relaxing in your outdoor seating area, as you hear the sounds of waterfalls in the distance. Study or work in comfort at the large work desk with access to free wireless internet. Refresh in your open air, rainfall shower, featuring luxurious Raw Botanicals toiletries.
During the retreat, your housing options are as follows:
Shared Dorm Rooms: 3 twin beds, with a shared bathroom, air conditioning, wifi, three closets, Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning and a laptop-sized safe.
Jungle Rooms/Queen Bungalow/Bodhi Casita: features 2 queen beds with dramatic high ceilings, a wet bar filled with local delights, Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning and a laptop-sized safe.
Treetops Queen/King Bungalow/Treetops King: Single occupancy with either a queen or king bed, dramatic high ceilings, a wet bar filled with local delights, Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning and a laptop-sized safe.

Healthy vegetarian and vegan options include 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.

By gathering ingredients harvested from nature, stimulating individual well-being at the ground level allows one’s health to blossom. Yoga Shalas
5 beautiful and fully equipped Yoga Shalas for our practices. We will get a chance to do Sadhanas, yoga and meditation in each of these open air spaces, overlooking the jungle and being caressed by the ocean breeze.

Travel Information
Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is located in the Nosara region of Costa Rica. The best airport to travel to and from is Liberia, which is the closest to the venue, about 2 hrs. drive.
Transportation arrangements can be made through us or directly with Bodhi Tree, but cost is not included. Average cost is $85 USD, but will depend on the group number.
Early Arrivals: Some people plan to arrive a few days early in order to acclimate to the environment or to go sightseeing. If you chose to do this, you can either contact and pay directly at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort for the extra nights or choose alternate accommodations.
Departure: The residential program ends with check out and lunch on May 30, 2022, please plan your departure accordingly. If you decide to stay extra days, reserve directly with Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort.
Travel requirements
Citizens from many countries, including the US and Canada, do not require a visa to enter Costa Rica. The conditions and requirements are:
- Maximum stay of 90 days
- A current valid passport. The passport must be valid for a minimum of one day from the day you enter Costa Rica.
- A return ticket to exit Costa Rica (either to return to your country or to go to another country) You may enter Costa Rica without visa for a maximum stay of up to 90 days.

Yes you may arrive a few days early if you plan to do sight seeing or want time to acclimate to the environment. Things you need to know if you plan to arrive early or stay late at the venue: You will need to coordinate directly with Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and pay for any extra nights. You are responsible for any meals and transportation before or after the program.
We strongly encourage you to take this time to really immerse yourself in the experience and fully give your attention to the transformational process. Because of the intense nature of the training it is recommended that children be cared for by a spouse or relative and not brought to the training.
