Nov. 2021

Sat Naam and Greetings!

These next two months are a great time for reflection and self-assessment.  As 2021 draws to a close, it is natural to step back from the day-to-day busyness and to look both forward and backwards.  I find myself assessing how the year has gone.  Did I accomplish my objectives?  Did I contribute to making the world a little better?  And I also am asking myself what I hope to manifest in 2022 – for myself, my family, and in my work.

I had a lot of personal changes in 2021 – moving back to the USA from Europe.  And I expect 2022 to continue with all sorts of rapid, unexpected changes.  Such is the Aquarian Age!  I am grateful for the steadiness of my sadhana, my biggest support and help in handling such changes.

KRI also went through a lot of changes in 2021.  We are now a fully remote organization, made up of more people working outside of the USA than inside!  And we continue to make rapid adjustments to the world around us – for example, shifting our immersion Level One teacher training to a hybrid model with online modules and a closing retreat in Costa Rica. And if you want to take the course 100% online you can do so as well! To learn more about this course I invite you to read the full details here: hybrid online/in-person course.

Looking ahead to 2022, KRI will be celebrating our 50th year!  We’ll be celebrating this giant milestone throughout 2022, celebrating 50 years of service while we lay the groundwork for another century more!  One small change we’ve made is a new website.  We hope that this cleaner, clearer site will be an entryway for many people to all of the resources KRI has to offer all Kundalini Yoga practitioners.  If you haven’t yet, please check it out and let us know what you think.

KRI is offering deep discounts on Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November 26-29, 2021) – so stock up on all the Kundalini Yoga books or buy the E-learning courses you have been wanting!  I hope that you enjoy this month, as we move towards the end of the year.  Keep your practice strong so your aura will be bright and your presence will work to heal and uplift everyone you meet.  Change is constant, and Kundalini Yoga can help you roll with life’s punches, smoothly adapt to new environments, and to cheerfully maintain your equanimity.

With all blessings to you and your family,
