ALL REQUIREMENTS:
– Level One Certificate
– Level Two Certificate (completion of all five Level Two modules)
– Have taught 500 hours of Kundalini Yoga (since graduation from Level One)
– Comply with KRI’s current Code of Ethics and Teacher Policies and conduct themselves in accordance with the highest professional standards.
AT LEAST TWO PERSONAL PRACTICES (OR ONE PERSONAL PRACTICE + COMMUNITY SERVICE) ARE REQUIRED:
a) Long Ek Ong Kars – 40 days, 2.5 hours before sunrise
b) Kirtan Kriya – 40 days 2.5 hours in white robes
c) Master’s Touch – 40 days, 2.5 hours
d) Complete Aquarian Sadhana – 40 days
e) Physical Exercise Kriya in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan – 40 days 60 min+
f) Another 40 days of meditation – 2.5 hours
g) Attend 40 Yogi Bhajan classes in person or watch 40 Yogi Bhajan videos with the awareness of a student
AT LEAST ONE COMMUNITY SERVICE IS REQUIRED:
Commitment and service to the 3HO community for at least 2 consecutive years in any of the following forms:
a) Seva team leader at the Solstice or Yoga Festival
b) Organizer or host of local events, such as White Yoga Tantra
c) Organization of communal meals, Full Moon Meditations, etc.
d) Organization of an Akandh Paath
e) Participation in Seva community projects, such as free kitchens.
f) Publication of newsletters, translation of KY/3HO materials.
g) Has played a responsible role in a national or local organization related to 3HO.
