For Questions: [email protected]

Sat Naam, and Welcome to KRI’s webpage for corrections and revisions to its publications. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® comes from an oral teaching tradition. Luckily, thousands of lectures have been recorded and are available to view for FREE. Using The Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings®, we are finding new details, clarity and some necessary revisions to several kriyas and meditations that are published in print form. Much of the changes reflect clarification to kriya exercise descriptions or photos. Some are basic typos. Please download the revisions to support your existing books and manuals, and email [email protected] if you find other opportunities for improvement or if you have questions.

Correct the eye focus. "EYES: Closed. (Focus at your brow point, using the “L” form of meditation: imagine that there is a constant flow of energy from the Crown Chakra at the top center of your head down into your head and out your Third Eye Point to Infinity. For example, as you chant “Saa,” the “S” sound begins at the top of your head and the “aa” ends at the brow point as it is projected to Infinity. The “L” shape follows the energy pathway called the Golden Cord, the connection between the pineal and pituitary glands.)"
The mantra is chanted aloud. "MANTRA: Chant out loud."

Revision April 2018Page 8The Magnificent Nine(1) Ex 1 Cat Stretch ‐ add a new sentence, "The arms will relax down when twisting." to clarify that the arms do not have to remain stretched overhead.
(2) Ex 4 Cobra ‐ hands should be under shoulders, not so far in front of the shoulders as this can put pressure on the lower back. The correct modification is to place the forearms on the ground with the elbows under the shoulders so as not to put pressure on the lower back. Delete the picture.
Revision April 2018Page 49High Tech YogaAbout This Meditation error/duplicate from page 50. Replace with, "These are the words of Guru Arjan, the 5th Sikh Guru, and are for complete protection. It is from the evening prayer (Rehiras), which adds energy to one's being, and helps when you are physically weak or have limited wealth. It is a victory song, which allows us to be guided by God's graceful and merciful hand. It does away with the obstacles to fulfilling one's destiny."

Have pride and gratitude that God has made you human and that you are going to be saintly. Moh, attachment. Practice attachment to those ideals that make you become a saint, a giver, a healer."
Revision January 2020Page 100FootnoteTwo corrections: (1) Change "ahangkar" to "manas" and (2) change "second" to "fourth" - "The enchantment of the mind is strong when the Positive Mind combines with manas. This is the fourth Aspect of the mind—the Artist. It is as fascinated by painful things as by pleasurable."

Lock your hands in Bear Grip at the Heart Center. The left palm faces outward, and the right palm faces inward. Eyes gaze at the Tip of the Nose. Rock the body slightly forward and back from the hips. The rhythm of the movement is about 8 times per 10 seconds. Let the body move naturally by itself; do not apply physical muscle. Chant HAR each time you move forward. (It sounds more like "Har(d)-uh" than HAR.) Turn the tip of the tongue to strike the upper pallet. Generate the sound from the center of the mouth. Continue for 11 minutes."

Repeat two more times, pulling bear grip with all the power in your hands so the energy can be displaced to every part and fiber of the body. Relax. This meditation will integrate how your internal self deals with projections through time."
See next page for *revised* page 160.
Revision January 2020Page 164Aspect 3 - Preserver Core Alignment MeditationDelete the last sentence, "This meditation will integrate you time and how your internal self deals with all the projections through time." It is correctly printed in association with Aspect 2 - Manager.

Revision March 2018Page 179Pursuing the Art of CohesivenessPart 3, illustration is incorrect. Hands should be in prayer pose, with the thumbs pointing up like the fingers. The knuckle of the thumb presses into the root of the nose, the same way it presses into the sternum in prayer pose at the chest.
Revision March 2018Page 188Sodarshan Chakra KriyaReplace the sentence, "Pump 3 times with each repetition..." with this one: "Pull the navel in 1/3 of the way on Wha, 1/3 farther in on Hay, and all the way in on Guroo."
