This pilot course went well, and lessons learned were incorporated into the 2021 version of Vitality and Stress.

A similar redo of the other 4 modules that comprise the 300hr Level 2 teacher training is planned, with Lifecycles and Lifestyles due to be addressed beginning in 2022.
