Section A: TEACHING and CERTIFICATIONS - ALL ARE REQUIRED(Required)

40 days of Master's Touch Meditation for 2.5 hours

A physical exercise Kriya in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan (60 min+) for 40 Days
