With the spirit to serve your spiritual path, we are offering a few spots to an exclusive Immersion Experience for Kundalini Yoga teachers and Level One graduates!

From June 30 to July 9, 2024, you will have the chance to be in dreamy Puerto Morelos, Mexico, involved in the co-creation of a learning pathway to experience the vastness of the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation wisdom with a group of Teachers in Training.

Daily Schedule:

This is an approximate schedule of a typical training day. On Sunday and Wednesday we will have half days for you to enjoy some free time in the beautiful resort and surroundings.

1. 5:00 am – Sadhana

1. 7:30 am – Breakfast

1. 8:30 am – Small group check-in

1. 9:00 am – Course meditation

1. 9:15 am – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)

1. 10:45 am – Break

1. 11:00 am – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)

1. 12:45 pm – Lunch

1. 2:00 pm – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)

1. 3:45 pm – Break

1. 4:00 pm – Class (Yoga, lecture, group activities, practicums)

6:30 pm – Dinner

Includes shared room with shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast, snacks and dinner. Lunch will be off site at participant’s expense.
