The children in our schools started yoga in the nursery and it was a part of the curriculum for all children. In addition it was run as an after school club and used extensively in the inclusions teams for children that required additional support. Family yoga was also run for parents and children together. Standards were high in our schools and people wanted to know what we were doing.
