PRE-REQUISITES: To be eligible for Level Three you must meet the following criteria:

Section A: TEACHING and CERTIFICATIONS - ALL ARE REQUIRED(Required)

I am Level 1 Certified

I am Level 2 Certified

MEDITATION & PERSONAL PRACTICE - I have completed (please check all that apply):

40 days of Long Ek Ong Kars for 2 1⁄2 hours before sunrise

40 days of Kirtan Kriya for 2 1⁄2 hours while wearing white

40 days of Master's Touch Meditation for 2.5 hours

Full Aquarian Sadhana for 40 Days

A physical exercise Kriya in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan (60 min+) for 40 Days

Other 40 Day 2 ½ hour meditation

Personally attended 40 of Yogi Bhajan’s classes or watched 40 Yogi Bhajan videos with the consciousness of a student
