Bring a fiery taste of Summer Solstice back home with you!
Each year, 3HO International holds its Summer Solstice Celebration in Espanola, New Mexico. It is a chance for people to purify their minds, souls, and bodies through Kundalini Yoga and three days of White Tantric Yoga, eating very cleansing food, drinking the purest water, and breathing clean air. As part of the healing diet, this special hot sauce, made with native New Mexican chilies, is always served.
